Sheila’s herd has a unique way of creating space for calm, connection and presence. You don’t need any horse experience — and you certainly don’t need to ride. In fact, some clients arrive nervous around horses and are surprised by how quickly they feel at ease.
There is no riding involved. Instead, you’ll spend time on the ground with the horses, allowing them the freedom to approach, retreat and connect in their own natural way.
Your entire day is tailored around you and what you’re ready to explore.
It includes a Breakthrough Session with Sheila, where you’ll connect with Future You and receive insights and guidance around the next chapter you’re stepping into.

Important Details
Location: We’re 3.5 hours inland from Gold Coast Airport, in beautiful wine country surrounded by national parks.
Make a trip of it: I recommend staying for a minimum of 3 nights, giving you time to settle in, enjoy the land and avoid travelling straight after your day with the horses.
Your day: We begin at 10am and finish at 4pm, with a break for lunch. Your private day includes a 90-minute tailored Breakthrough Journey with Sheila, alongside plenty of unhurried, meaningful time with the herd.
